Yanggu county makes cultural splash in Seoul

On May 20, Yanggu county, Liaocheng, Shandong province, held a Shui Hu Zhuan cultural promotion event in Seoul, South Korea. Shui Hu Zhuan (Outlaws of the Marsh) is a 14th-century Chinese classic novel.

The event showcased a promotional video and introduced Yanggu county's Shui Hu Zhuan culture, tourism routes, and wine culture to the audience.

Representatives of the Korea Tourism Organization, Mice World travel agency, and local Korean liquor enterprises attended the event.

Yanggu county is an ancient city located along the Yellow River and boasts renowned historical sites like the Grand Canal, giving it a unique local culture. The county also has a thousand-year history of winemaking, giving it a distinct atmosphere.

During the event, Korean participants expressed keen interest in Yanggu county's Shui Hu Zhuan culture and their desire to promote the county to more Korean tourists. Following the event, both sides exchanged local cultural products as tokens of appreciation.
