A four-member Russian delegation, led by the headmaster of Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod, Russia, visited Shandong University of Technology (SDUT) in Zibo city, East China's Shandong province, on Oct 30.

Accompanied by Zhou Guobao and Yu Zhitao, vice directors of SDUT's School of International Education, the delegation explored the university's cultural corridor, observed classes, and engaged in a panel discussion.

During the panel, the educational history and achievements of both institutions were highlighted. The delegation also provided insights into the current situation in Russia for the benefit of Russian students at SDUT.

The primary objective of the visit was to strengthen the partnership between Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod and Shandong University of Technology, with a focus on enhancing the international education capabilities of both institutions.
