Longkou city in Shandong province has in recent years been actively promoting enterprise expansion and development.

During a recent economic development exchange event, Lulev Rustam, the mayor of Yelabuga city in the Republic of Tatarstan, expressed his appreciation to Dawn Indell LLC for their significant contributions to the economic development and progress of Yelabuga city and the Yelabuga Industrial Zone.

Dawn Indell LLC, which is the first overseas entity project of the Dawn Group, specializes in the research and development, production, application, and product service of modified plastics, including modified ABS plastic and modified PP polypropylene.

The company achieved a major milestone last year when the first metric ton of PP long fiberglass material rolled off the production line.

Wei Xiaoming, general manager of Dawn Indell LLC, emphasized the positive impact the company has had on the Yelabuga region. In the third quarter of this year alone, the company created over 20 jobs and paid approximately 54 million rubles ($584,574) in taxes.

Furthermore, Dawn Indell has established an overseas warehouse agreement with the Haier factory in Russia, effectively addressing the bulk material inventory and logistical needs of major customers.

Looking towards the future, Dawn Indell will be focusing on localizing its research and development, manufacturing, and marketing operations in Russia. According to its strategic vision, the company aims to fully integrate itself into the Belt and Road Initiative by enhancing management processes, advancing technological innovation, and expanding its global market presence.
