An A330-300F all-cargo aircraft arrived at Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport on Oct 19, marking a successful maiden flight of the cargo route from Jinan in East China's Shandong province to Navoiy, Uzbekistan and Tel Aviv, Israel.

The international route is operated by MNG Airlines and owned by the Shandong Provincial Airport Management Group. It has two flights every Wednesday and Friday.

With the opening of the route, domestic goods such as auto parts, electronic products, cross-border e-commerce products, precision instruments, and machinery parts will regularly be exported to Asia, Europe and Africa.

The route is expected to greatly promote the economic and trade exchanges between Jinan, Shandong and the Middle East, and help accelerate the development of the Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport as an international aviation logistics hub.

The airport currently has opened 18 international cargo routes, connecting 15 cities in 10 countries including Europe, West Asia, Africa, North America and South America.
