The higher learning commission is expected to be a platform, from which to discuss and coordinate foreign exchanges and cooperation between university councils.
The commission aims to create a cooperation mechanism to strengthen information and resources exchanges between the various universities. It will seek to help integrate foreign exchange channels and to share advanced foreign work experience.
On the same day, the commission held a seminar on the topic of international educational exchanges in the post COVID-19 epidemic era.
