A documentary series featuring Yantai's coastal scenery, culture, and delicacies is being aired on CCTV-4 Chinese international channel.

The four episodes, which are part of the documentary series Walking Coastline, is being broadcast on CCTV-4 on Nov 4, Nov 5, Nov 8, and Nov 9.

The series showcases the city's distinctive coastal life and scenic spots, such as Penglai Pavilion and Kongtong Island. It will be broadcast from 17:15 to 18:00.

The documentary series Walking Coastline has more than 100 episodes. It aims to highlight China's achievements in coastal areas and marine ranches.

Yantai, a coastal city in East China's Shandong province, boasts 230 offshore islands and seven natural bays. As "a pearl shining on eastern Shandong Peninsula", Yantai enjoys blue sea, clear skies, sunshine, golden beaches, stunning off-shore islands, as well as fresh seafood and wine.

Surrounded by the mountains and sea, the city is blessed with a picturesque landscape and four distinct seasons. It is a vibrant and beautiful coastal city, which makes it a popular place to live.
