Shandong per capita disposable income grows in H1

In the first half of this year, the per capita disposable income in Shandong province reached 18,304 yuan ($2,829.79), up 11.1 percent year-on-year, while real growth was 10.1 percent after accounting for the impact of price factors, said local authorities.

The per capita disposable income of urban residents was 23,604 yuan, an increase of 9.7 percent, or 8.6 percent in real terms after accounting for price factors.

The per capita disposable income of rural residents was 11,535 yuan, an increase of 14.6 percent, or 13.7 percent in real terms after accounting for price factors.

Official statistics showed that over the period, the per capita wage income in Shandong was 10,394 yuan, up 11.6 percent, while the per capita operating net income was 4,077 yuan, up 14.6 percent.

The per capita net property income was 1,239 yuan, up 4.6 percent, while the net transfer income per capita was 2,594 yuan, up 7.6 percent.

In the first half of this year, the per capita consumption expenditure of Shandong residents was 10,110 yuan, up 10.7 percent year-on-year.

The per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents was 12,810 yuan, up 8.8 percent, while the per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents was 6,662 yuan, up 15.3 percent.
