Jinan Airport Economic Zone is affiliated to Jinan Innovation Zone. It is located on the right bank of the Yellow River and covers an area of 148 square kilometers. It also serves as the National Sino-German SME Cooperation Zone, with the Sino-German Equipment Manufacturing Town being located in the zone. It is a gathering place for foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises in Jinan.
