Traditional baked wheaten cakes enter sales season in Rongcheng

Shengjia huoshao, a traditional handmade baked wheat bread that has a history of more than 600 years, is now on sale in Shengjia village of Rongcheng, Shandong province, as the Chinese New Year is round the corner.

The crispy local delicacy is popular with local residents and fishermen. It has been sold nationwide on e-commerce platforms, helping to increase the incomes of local villagers.
