A Shandong-Austria promotional business event was held on Nov 18 via online channels to promote bilateral cooperation in the snow and ice industry, logistics, machinery manufacturing, and more.

Government officials and representatives of business organizations and companies from both sides attended the event.

Georg Zanger, president of the Austrian-Chinese Business Association, discussed the development situation of his association and said that it will continue to serve as a bridge between Shandong and Austria.

Werner Pamminger, CEO of Business Upper Austria and the Business Agency of the State of Upper Austria, discussed the business environment of Upper Austria and its cooperation with China.

Meanwhile, officials from the business promotion departments of Weihai and Yantai also carried out in-depth discussions with their Austrian counterparts, seeking cooperation.
