Recently, a "Mona Lisa" on a square in Yinan county, East China's Shandong province, has caught people's attention. Cong Langui, a disabled street artist, held a special exhibition of his chalk paintings.

When Cong was 16, he lost his leg due to a bone tumor. Then he learned painting on his own and tried to support himself with his works on street.
