​Inspur intelligent manufacturing production base put into operation

A new generation intelligent manufacturing production base operated by Inspur began production on Aug 29, local media reported.

Sun Licheng, Party secretary of Jinan, Shandong province, and Ling Wen, vice governor of Shandong province, attended the inauguration ceremony and looked at the base's production lines.

Sun Pishu, chairman of Inspur, introduced the production base and Inspur to attendees.

The Inspur new generation intelligent manufacturing production base, located in the Jinan Zhangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone, covers an area of 7,000 square meters.

The base, integrating R&D, production, and operation, is composed of intelligent production lines, an intelligent pressure measuring center, a quality control center, and a storage and logistics center and mainly produces servers and computers.

The base currently has two production lines with an annual capacity of 1.5 million units and an annual output value of 13 billion yuan ($1.89 billion).

There are plans to add two more production lines within three years, which would bring the annual capacity to 3 million units and the annual output value to 26 billion yuan.

As China's leading cloud computing and big data service provider, Inspur is mainly engaged in cloud data service and providing solutions to smart cities and smart enterprises.
