Zhang Qingwei was appointed full-time deputy director of the center.

It is located in the Qingdao Fuxin Mansion.

The first Qingdao Multinationals Summit was held in the eastern coastal city of Qingdao, Shandong province last October, and this year's edition will be held in the coastal city as well. The summit is the first in the world to focus on issues related to multinational companies and is meant to serve as a platform for such companies to share their experiences.
