in Taishan district, Tai'an city, which is home to an apricot orchard covering
150 mu (10 hectares).
Fruit-picking is one of Anjiazhuang's major measures to boost its tourism industry and promote local development.
The village has invested 30 million yuan ($4.35 million) to build a modern agricultural sightseeing base where visitors can get close to nature while picking fruits in different seasons.
Full of fragrance and sweetness, golden-orange apricots are ripening in
the Anjiazhuang village in Tai'an, East China's Shandong province. The fruit is
another summer season delicacy in the village.

The downy, yellow, sometimes rosy apricots bend
the branches. The fruit has a smooth velvety skin, soft flesh, and a naturally
sweet flavor, which is a rich source of vitamins, especially beta-carotene.
