Sun Pishu, CEO of Inspur Group and also a deputy to the National People's Congress, encourages authorities to build big data centers to improve government service efficiency.
Sun put forward 10 proposals focusing on artificial intelligence, government service cloud, industrial internet, smart city, quality chain and health care during the two sessions.
With the advent of cloud computing and big data, authorities' puchasing cloud service has become an inevitable trend to promote government information sharing.
To develop a national big data center will help promote the sharing of government information systems and improve government services and efficiency, said Sun.
The big data center, based on government cloud services, gathers various basic databases related to the economy, population, geography and culture to realize unified management, development and operation and help develop Internet Plus government services and Internet Plus supervision.
To date, Inspur Group has built big data platforms for more than 100 provincial and municipal departments across China such as Guangxi province, Chongqing and Ningxia Hui autonomous region.
