ReSource Pro named top 10 offshore service provider in China

Print PrintReSource Pro, a US based company with two back-office operation centers in the Olympic sailing city of Qingdao, was recently recognized as a Top 10 Offshore Service Provider in China.
The company is the only one specializing in operational efficiency solutions for the insurance industry among the awarded companies, according to the list released at the Digital Innovation and Service Sourcing Leadership Conference held in Hangzhou on Sept 26, 2018.
The conference, which has been held 11 times since 2008, was organized by the China Council for International Investment Promotion (CCIIP).
"The event aims at promoting growth and enhancing the competency of the sourcing industry," said Ma Xiuhong, chairwoman of CCIIP. "The rankings of the leading enterprises are based on applications and evaluated by an independent judging panel."
She said digitalization continues to be the key feature reflected in this year's rankings among dozens of industries in the service sector.
Violet Xu, Vice President of Global Service Delivery at ReSource Pro, said the company is taking the lead in the evolution of operational efficiency for the American insurance industry with digital technology advancement.
Leading a 3,500-plus employee delivery division spread across China, India and the US, Xu has been overseeing ReSource Pro's innovation in delivering integrated operational solutions to their more than 350 clients primarily in the US insurance market.
