Qingdao, East China's coastal city known for its Tsingtao Beer, held the 2018 Qingdao Marathon on Oct 28, attracting around 25,000 participants from 23 countries and regions drawn to the beautiful and passionate city.

Each participant was eligible to receive a personalized Tsingtao Beer can with their photo on it.

Keiyo Josphat from Kenya was the winner of the race in two hours 25 minutes and 42 seconds. He celebrated the triumph by having a toast with the runner-up from Ethiopia.

Tsingtao Beer became the favorite of the participants. Wang Weiguo, from Beijing, said he just wanted to have a glass of Tsingtao Beer after the race because it's the best way to relieve the fatigue.

"Regardless of the performance, I deserve to have a big glass of Tsingtao Beer to celebrate the completion of the race," said Sun Yingjie, who had just finished the marathon, and couldn't wait to get his personalized can of beer.

In Qingdao, Tsingtao Beer can be seen everywhere, and it represents a lifestyle and culture, said Wang Ping, a local resident.

According to official statistics, Tsingtao Beer has been exported to more than 100 countries. It is a brand of Qingdao, and even of China. To meet demand, Tsingtao Brewery has customized gift boxes for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Qingdao Summit and personalized beer for fans of the 2018 World Cup. The enterprise expects to keep toasting life with its global customers.
