Practice Ba Duan Jin

Ba Duan Jin, an ancient yet magical form of Chinese qigong, is a good choice to practice in autumn when going to gym looks troublesome. Dated back to the Song Dynasty (960-1279), the exercises were very popular among Chinese literati in ancient times.

Put on qiuku

Qiuku, or thermal underwear, has become a humorous topic among Chinese young people. It might be old-fashioned and outdated when most young people try to show the shape of their legs. In many youngsters' mind, qiuku is a synonym of "weak", "old" and "rustic". Yet, your bare legs, shivering under cold trousers in autumn morning, could become a reason to get an illness.
