Founded in 1951, Qingdao Technical College is a college mainly engaged in full-time higher vocational education and social vocational skill training, with 11,174 full-time students. 

The college has jointly established 238 off-campus training bases with famous companies such as Haier Group Corporation, Tsingtao Brewery, Hisense Group, and Oracle Corporation.
