Founded in August 1949, Weifang Changda Construction Group Co Ltd is a large-scale, enterprise integrating planning and design, project investment, engineering construction, real estate development, engineering support, and property management.

With a registered capital of 2.47 billion yuan ($338.39 million), the group oversees 28 professional companies, 22 subsidiaries, nine regional companies, and three overseas entities. Employing nearly 4,000 people, including 1,100 registered professionals and 1,300 with senior titles, the group operates primarily in Shandong while actively participating in international markets. Changda has undertaken projects in regions such as New Zealand, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel, showcasing strong general contracting capabilities and experience in PPP, EPC, BOT, and BT projects.

In line with China's Belt and Road Initiative, Changda has shifted its focus to overseas markets, especially the Middle East, with Qatar as its hub, achieving significant success in international expansion.
