Zhucheng Clothing Knitting Import and Export Co Ltd is part of Shandong Sunshell Group, established in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, the group has grown into a large-scale textile and clothing enterprise, integrating production, trade, logistics, weaving, dyeing, printing, and sewing.

Sunshell Group has expanded internationally, opening companies in Japan and Cambodia. In 2011, it launched the Sunshell Industrial Park in Cambodia, a comprehensive clothing industry park in Bayu city, Chaizhen province. This park, approved by the Cambodian government as the Shandong Sunshell (Chaizhen) Special Economic Zone, focuses on clothing manufacturing, accessory production, warehousing, logistics, and R&D, with products primarily exported to global markets.
