Russian delegation comes to Tai'an for cooperation
A Russian delegation from Lobnya, Moscow Oblast visited its sister city Tai'an, Shandong province from Sept 4 to 8. They attended the 38th Mount Tai International Climbing Competition and explored opportunities for cooperation in the city.
The friendly exchanges between the city of Lobnya and Tai’an have a long history. Since establishing friendly cooperation relations in 2006, the two sides have maintained close cooperation and exchanges in the fields of culture, sports, education, and economy.
These five representatives from Lobnya did activities such as wearing ancient Chinese dresses, experiencing Chinese tea art and calligraphy, and attending a climbing competition in order to immerse themselves and learn about Tai'an's rich historical culture and modern vitality.
"Visiting Tai'an is like calling on an old friend," said a member of the delegation, who also spoke highly of the friendliness and hospitality of the locals and the city's rapid development.
During the visit, the delegation showed a keen interest in Tai'an products and had a deeper insight into the city's industry innovation capability and technical strengths. In addition, trade exchanges in other fields were also expected to roll out.
During this visit, the delegation had an in-depth experience of the Mount Tai International Climbing Festival and other activities, which helped them gain insights into the local customs and urban charm of Tai'an. Their visit was conducive to enhancing mutual understanding and trust and took this international friendship to the next level.
