Celebrate Longtaitou Festival with a climb up Mount Tai

A Mount Tai hiking event kicked off on March 11 in celebration of Longtaitou Festival, literally meaning "dragon raising its head", in Tai'an, Shandong province. Longtaitou Festival falls on the second day of the second lunar month in the Chinese lunar calendar. The festival falls on March 11 this year.

Amazing dragon dances were staged at six spots on Mount Tai, while 34 tourist representatives participated in the folk blessing activity in Tiankuang Hall at Dai Temple.
