In recent years, Tai'an has made investment attraction a key part of its strategy for new industrialization, working to attract investment along the industrial chain and steadfastly promoting high-quality methods for attracting investment.

For example, Tai'an has demonstrated its sincerity in inviting Dayao, a modern beverage company headquartered in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, to establish its 3-billion-yuan ($417.08 million) project in Tai'an in 2023.

The project is located in Tai'an's Daiyue district and commenced construction on Feb 12, which was the third day of the first lunar month. The production equipment is expected to be installed in the workshop by Feb 28, according to Qiao Liqiang, manager of the project. 

It was the efforts and sincerity of Tai'an that attracted the modern beverage company to the city. 

Investment serves as a powerful engine for local economic development and is the driving force behind a city's high-quality development. 

Thanks to the sincerity of Tai'an in attracting business, the city saw fruitful results in 2023 with a total of 343 project agreements signed and 48.75 billion yuan in investment received.
