According to Peng, the raw materials used in the workshop include the wood scraps from industrial factories, as well as donated and specially purchased wood. He and his companions store the wood in different categories, and then process and design it according to the material and size.

"We are committed to inheriting traditional crafts and developing novel wooden products based on modern needs in order to spread the handmade culture and encourage more people to participate in the art," said Peng.

At present, the workshop is developing and researching various wooden teaching and playing tools, and providing videos and PPT files to guide teachers and students on how to use these tools.

In the future, the workshop plans to spread Mount Tai culture via making exquisite cultural and creative products.
