The launch ceremony of Taishan Fund Town was held in Taishan district, Tai'an on March 24.

Taishan Fund Town was built in 2019 and has a registered capital of 4.93 billion yuan ($698.3 million). It is expected to become a modern financial industrial park focusing on fund investment, wealth management, and capital operations.

The town has already attracted 22 fund companies, including Shanghai Tieheng Investment Management Co., and it is currently working to attract more well-known investment institutions and management teams, aiming to become Tai'an's hub for the fund industry.

Tai'an Mayor Zhang Tao attended the launch ceremony and spoke highly of the fund town. In order to promote the development of Taishan Fund Town, the local government has introduced several policies to support the development of the town and improve its management.
