Introduction: The core area belongs to “Shuihu Culture” tourism industry with an area of 1 square kilometer. The construction includes: Shuihu Movie and Television City and wharf integrated services, North Fishing Village Resort, Houliang Dynasty Fishing Village Tour and Sightseeing Area, Liangshanpo Stockaded Village Tour and Sightseeing Area, Dongping Lake Ecological Residential Area, Development and Controlling area.

Construction conditions: Dongping Lake is the most representative Shuihu landscape with mountains and water. Dongping is a main shooting base of new edition teleplay Shuihu.

Economic benefits analysis: After project completion, it could increase tourism income of 600 million yuan and profits and taxes of 90 million yuan annually.

Project cooperation unit: Dongping Shuihu Tourism and Development Co Ltd had been founded in 2009 with registered capital of 50 million yuan and 326 employees. It’s a State-owned enterprise engaged in tourism program operations, as well as conferences and exhibition services.
