Brief introduction to the project: This project covers an area of 13.33 hectares. It mainly constructs many permanent, large-scale exhibition hall, temporary hall and attached service area to form a set of display and trading center as a whole in the modern logistics framework. The exhibition center will focus on displaying the knockout productions in central part of Shandong Province including industrial products, agricultural and sideline products, such as real estate. It would be based on flexible mode of operation, and temporary exhibitions may also be considered as long-term leases. The normal operation of the year after next trading volume would be accounted for Xintai City, covering the 30 percent volume of main business transaction.

Construction conditions of the project: This project is focused on the construction of Xintai warehousing logistics processing zone with good conditions and preferential policies. At present the land is regarded as unused one, industrial-occupied. Everything is available to make further cooperation.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can receive the annual turnover of 15 billion yuan and booth fee of 30 million yuan.
