Brief introduction to the project: This project covers an area of 10.2 hectares with the construction area of 390,000 square meters. It will be built for high-quality residence; commercial and residential building, independent commercial and shopping center and so on. It will become the residential and leisured district with high quality in the west of Tai’an City.

Construction conditions of the project: At present, the formalities of landuse planning and utilization, the business registration, tax registration, qualification to apply for work, have been finished, and the planning and design is submitted for approval. All of that provides well conditions for the construction.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the takings of 2 billion yuan and profit and tax of 300 million yuan annually.
