Brief introduction to the project: This project is planned to built the logistic center between the west of Jin-Pu railway and the south of Da Wenkou railway station. It covers an area of 33.33 hectares. At the same time, the special railway line will be built in the Da Wenkou railway station which locates between the logistic center and Jin-Pu railway, with opening the original cargo service in the Da Wenkou railway station. This special railway line will be invested by Gypsum Industrial Park, designed by railway department, constructed by Industrial Park and Jinan railway Bureau and run by the company which is established by the Industrial Zone.

Construction conditions of the project: Tai’an Da Wenkou Industrial Zone is located in the center of the Industrial Corridor which is planned by Tai’an Municipal Government not long before. The planning area is 50 square kilometers with the over-established area of 25 square kilometers. There are more than 480 checked enterprises and the daily logistics is about 25,000 tons. Particularly, the Steel Market, whose annual output is 5 million tons, has been listed as the province’s top ten professional commodity trading market. With the built and been put into operation of the fourth session of Steel Market, the annual output of 1.5 million tons of refined salt and the annual output of 1 million tons of refined salt, the daily logistics will be estimated to add about 25,000 tons.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the takings of 350 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 50 million yuan annually as well.
