Construction conditions of the project: Tai’an Tourism & Economic Development Zone, located at the foot of Mount Tai, the world natural and cultural heritage, is a provincial tourism resort that is approved by the government of Shandong Province, with an area of 23.9 square kilometers. Based on well equipped facilities, such as water, electricity, gas, pipeline, it takes 3.5 square kilometers’ Tianping Lake as a core resource to succeed in introducing Song Qingling Foundation, Song Dynasty Town -Eternal Friendship Town, Longxi Group and other tourism projects, which evidently illustrates the advantage of tourism and culture industrial centralisation.
