V. Brief introduction: This project is invested and built by Guangdong Foshan Freecom Company. It plans to cover an area of 20 hectares with a building area of 160,000 square meters, and is going to be completed into three phases. The first-phase plans to invest 300 million yuan and cover an area of 6.67 hectares. It mainly builds LED R&D buildings, LED product exhibition halls and LED parts assembly shops in 48,000 square meters. The second-phase plans to invest 200 million yuan and cover an area of 4.67 hectares. It mainly makes expansion of the enterprise and newly builds six production lines of solar panel in 45,000 square meters. The third-phase plans to invest 500 million yuan and cover an area of 8.67 hectares. It newly builds three production lines of the fourth-generation MOCVD chips and epitaxial slice in 80,000 square meters.

VI. Construction conditions: This project complies with national industrial policies and new energy industry development planning of Tai'an city, which can enjoy preferencial supporting policies.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 2 billion yuan, and profit and tax of 300 million yuan annually as well.

VIII. Cooperation unit of the project: Guangdong Foshan Freecom Company is a group enterprise which combines aluminium, aluminium products production, processing and sale. Its products cover aluminum shell of computer, color TV set, power amplifier, home appliances and LED lighting, and all kinds of electric radiator and LED cooling fin.
