V. Brief introduction: This project mainly produces valve control seal sodium salt high-energy battery. The present annual output is 1 million pieces, and the annual demand for battery plate is 8,000 tons. As the domestic market for battery plate is fine, and most factories depend on foreign markets. The project plans to build 7,000 square meters of workshop and facilities, newly build a production line toward producing 20,000tons/annual battery plate.

VI. Construction conditions: As of 2012, the company has 3.33 hectares of reserved land. The demand for this company is large and meanwhile the battery plate is the related product of the company’s products, so the market resources can be shared.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales income of 200 million yuan, and profit and tax of 35 million yuan annually as well.

VIII. Cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Huanqiu Power Technology was established in March 2009. It has a total assets of 230 million yuan with the registered capital of 20 million yuan. It mainly produces valve control seal sodium salt high-energy battery, which is a new kind of high-efficiency, environmental protection and energy-saving product. The company owns advanced battery production equipment and lead dust processing equipment, and there’s no emission of dust, waste gas and waste water. The company realized the sales income of 120 million yuan and profit and tax of 23 million yuan in 2011.
