The Jinan Library is a national first-class comprehensive public library with two branches.

Its new branch, located at the intersection of East Lashanhe Road and Weihai Road, covers an area of 41,000 square meters.

The old branch, located at No 150 Jingsan Road, covers an area of 9,000 square meters and mainly serves as the city's children's library.

The library has a collection of 5.53 million books, including newspapers, magazines, audio-visual materials, and electronic publications.
