Qufu, Shandong province, the hometown of Confucius, highlights the city's rich traditional culture at the ongoing first China International Cultural Tourism Fair in Jinan, capital of Shandong.

Qufu has divided its exhibition area into four sections focusing on cultural and creative commodities, intangible cultural heritage items, cultural performances, and city promo video presentations.

More than 500 cultural and creative products including practical articles, handicrafts, literary games, costumes and food are being exhibited. The products are inspired by the city's unique cultural elements such as Confucian culture, Confucius image, and cultural relics.

The city's eight intangible cultural heritage items, including wood carving, inscription and cloth tigers, are on display.
