The Sino-German Ecopark in Qingdao was recently awarded as a 2022 Excellent Smart Park in China, and is the only place to receive such an honor in Shandong province.
More than 10 industry experts jointly formed a review committee to select outstanding smart parks from five aspects of demonstration, scalability, sustainability, the economy and innovation.
Supported by its self-developed City Intelligent Management Operating System (CIMOS), the Sino-German Ecopark has built an integrated governance service platform that meets the characteristics of the park and created a leading new digital park innovation model in China.
The park is located in the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area in Qingdao West Coast New Area. Since its establishment, the park has been committed to developing green industries and promoting cooperation between Chinese and German companies.
