A new shopping complex is under construction in the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area, or Qingdao FTZ, and its main structure is planned to be completed this year.
After completion, it is expected to become a regional consumption center that integrates cross-border e-commerce, luxury brands, specialty foods, and parent-child activities, and will play an important role in promoting the development of Qingdao's import and export industry.
With well-equipped facilities and various business formats, the complex will provide surrounding residents with more convenient and comprehensive services.
As a key engineering project in Qingdao West Coast New Area, where Qingdao FTZ is located, the complex is expected to become a new landmark building in the area.
The project is planned to cover a land area of 65.09 mu (32.55 hectares), include both a 15-story, and 16-story hotel, and a four-story commercial complex, with a total floor area of 117,784.02 square meters.
