The China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area, or Qingdao FTZ, recently opened a smart government service station at the Qingdao FTZ Reception Room.
The station offers smart administrative approval services for various applications and makes government services more accessible.
The facility is equipped with self-service equipment that can provide services including a smart guide, real-name authentication, a voice assistant, inquiries, material printing, and an intelligent review.
It supports self-service processing of more than 90 businesses, and the figure will gradually increase according to relevant needs.
Real-time online remote counseling, on-site service and other forms of assistance and agency services are also available at the station.
There are currently three smart government service stations of this kind in Qingdao FTZ. The other two are expected to be put into operation in August.
