Jining's GDP grows in first three quarters

Jining's gross domestic product (GDP) reached 416.33 billion yuan ($57.15 billion) in the first three quarters of this year, according to local media reports on Nov 6.

Compared to last year, the city's GDP increased by 6.5 percent during this period.

The primary industry's value added reached 45.39 billion yuan, growing 4.6 percent year-on-year during this period. The secondary industry's value added reached 169.82 billion yuan, growing 7.4 percent year-on-year, while the tertiary industry's value added hit 201.12 billion yuan, growing 6.1 percent year-on-year.

Disposable income grew 7 percent year-on-year to reach 27,605 yuan during this period.

Specifically, the disposable income of urban resident was 35,104 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.2 percent, while the disposable income of rural residents was 18,498 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.8 percent.
