On April 23, a delegation of faculty and students from Thailand's Krirk University concluded a six-day cultural exchange program in Dongying, Shandong province. During their visit, members of the Thai delegation immersed themselves in Dongying's rich cultural heritage and learned about its educational advancements, fostering deeper understanding and friendship between the two countries.

The delegation's journey began at the Dongying Vocational Institute, where the members experienced the unique aspects of modern vocational education. They donned traditional Chinese hanfu, experienced the art of tea making, practiced calligraphy, and played various sports, including badminton and table tennis. They also explored the world of emerging technologies through hands-on VR and 3D printing demonstrations. These experiences provided the Thai visitors with a comprehensive understanding of educational excellence and the value of vocational education.

The delegation also ventured into the Yellow River Delta National Nature Reserve, and witnessed Dongying's commitment to preserving ecological diversity and wetlands. The visitors were awestruck by the vast expanse of the Yellow River as it converged with the sea, a testament to the region's natural beauty and the power of nature.

Their cultural immersion continued at the Sun Tzu Cultural Park in Guangrao county, where they delved into the fascinating history of ancient Chinese weaponry.

The cultural exchange program served as a bridge between Thailand and China, fostering deeper connections between students and faculty on both sides, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration, and providing a platform for promoting Chinese vocational education and traditional culture to a wider international audience.
