The 2024 Spring Festival event of the Qianfo Mountain Scenic Area in Jinan will be held from Feb 10 to 25.

This year's festival will feature four main themed activities that showcase Jinan's intangible cultural heritage items and local cuisine.

People in Jinan have since ancient times adhered to the tradition of climbing mountains to pray for blessings during the Spring Festival. Qianfo Mountain, which has an excellent vantage point that overlooks the old city area of Jinan, is one of the most popular travel destinations among locals during holidays and festivals.
