Li Jintao, male, Han ethnicity, was born in February 1970. He is a graduate of the Shandong Provincial Party School and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is presently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yantai Municipal Committee, vice mayor of Yantai, and a member of the leading Party members group of the Yantai Municipal People's Government.

Li is responsible for work related to natural resources and planning, ecological and environmental protection, housing and urban-rural development, urban management, transportation, water resources, commerce, forestry, investment promotion, port affairs, the Pilot Free Trade Zone, the International Zero-Carbon Island Cooperation Organization, and the Kunyu Mountain National Nature Reserve.

He oversees the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, Bureau of Ecology and Environment, Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Bureau of Urban Management, Bureau of Transportation, Bureau of Water Resources, Bureau of Commerce, Bureau of Forestry, Investment Promotion Center, and Housing Provident Fund Management Center.

He is also responsible for maintaining contact with the Yantai Council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Yantai Customs, Municipal Meteorological Bureau, Municipal Postal Administration, Yantai Salvage Bureau, Beihai Rescue Bureau, Yantai Maritime Safety Administration, Yantai Railway Station, Shandong Yantai Ecological and Environmental Monitoring Center, Yantai Port Group, Yantai International Airport, postal enterprises in Yantai, Hydrological Center, Shandong Water Diversion Project Yantai Branch, and border inspection stations in Yantai.
