A group of international students visited Fushan district in the coastal city of Yantai, East China's Shandong province, on March 17. They said that they were impressed by the district's profound historical and cultural deposits, as well as the district's achievements in rural vitalization.

The activity was jointly hosted by the district's publicity department and Ludong University.

The international students visited Fushan Museum where they showed great interest in Yantai’s history and profound changes.

A university student named Tim said that he learned about China's efforts in preserving and spreading traditional Chinese culture.

The students also visited Dukou village and its three-dimensional strawberry ecological garden, where they enjoyed fruit-picking and learned about the village's achievements in rural vitalization.
