A total of 21 high-end projects from Yantai will be promoted at the Second Conference of Great Business Partners and International Summit on Innovation and Development for Youth Entrepreneurs which will be held on June 30.

Twelve key projects covering equipment manufacturing, next-generation information technology, healthcare and new energy fields will be signed at the event. These projects have a combined worth of 62.4 billion yuan ($8.81 billion) .

This year's conference, which will comprise online and offline segments, is focused on facilitating business and investment, promoting cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao, and expanding opening-up efforts.

The province's 16 cities will host a series of promotional activities during the event to attract business and talents.

Yantai, one of the sub-venues for the conference, will set up online meetings to help more than 60 enterprises seek cooperation opportunities and attract investment.

The city has invited 879 guests from around the world to the event.
