The Yantai government is planning to launch a mobile application to improve the efficiency of online government services.

With the help of AI technology, the app has established a big data base which offers intelligent questions and answers for users 24 hours a day.

Users can quickly and easily search for useful service information and government policies via the app.

The payment of provident funds, social security, medical insurance, water, electricity and gas heating are also all possible through the app.

More than 30 administrative procedures can also be completed via the app, including online approvals, urban management, and project implementation.

The app also offers data verification and feedback and fault tolerance mechanisms to promote the application of e-licenses and e-seals in government services.

By the end of 2020, the integration of the city's government services with the mobile application is expected to be mostly completed.
