A taekwondo exchange activity organized by a South Korean organization and a Yantai-based taekwondo club was held in Yantai, East China's Shandong province on Jan 13, gathering about 80 taekwondo lovers from South Korea.

During the event, Yantai signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the South Korean delegation, aiming to enhance comprehensive cooperation on skills, culture, tourism and games related to taekwondo. The two sides also agreed on conducting regular exchange activities and promoting the development of taekwondo.

During the event, the delegates and taekwondo lovers in Yantai staged fantastic performances including taekwondo routines, fancy rope skipping, and nunchaku performances, through which they got deeper understanding of taekwondo techniques and mental discipline.
