Yantai city of Shandong province will soon launch an online platform with comprehensive transportation services. The platform is now under test operation, according to a statement of Yantai traffic police authorities on Nov 3.

The statement reads that the portal will have seven columns including homepage, businesses, services, news, information inquiry, app download and guide. Using it, locals will be able to pay traffic fines, change driving licenses and make appointments for driving tests and vehicles' annual review at home with the help of few clicks.

The platform will be accessible though web page, voice message, text message and mobile apps.
