A delegation of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) from Maine-et-Loire in France visited Yantai from October 12 to 15.

Led by Sylvain Dourneau, director of the tourism and catering department of CCI, the delegation held symposiums with Yantai Nanshan University, Shandong Business Institute and Shandong City Service Technology College. Both sides discussed the possibility of exchanges and cooperation in catering and hotel management.

The two sides wished to strengthen cooperation in vocational education and to exchange teachers and students in the future. During their visit, the delegation also met with Michel Humbert, a senior consultant of the Yantai investment promotion bureau, to know more about Yantai's investment environment and explore the possibility of setting up an office of French CCI in Yantai.

The training center of Maine-et-Loire CCI has three schools in Angers, Cholet and Saumur.
