Shandong province is showcasing its cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities at the 8th China-Eurasia Expo, held in Northwest China's Xinjiang from June 26 to 30.

As this year's guest of honor province, Shandong has set up a 300-square-meter exhibition area, highlighting its robust industrial strength.

A total of 53 enterprises from 12 cities in Shandong are participating in the expo, occupying 107 booths and covering an exhibition area of 1,063 square meters – the largest and most extensive showing by the province to date.

The exhibition features an array of innovative products and technologies, ranging from home appliances to marine equipment and large-scale manufacturing machinery. Among the highlights is a robot capable of writing calligraphy, demonstrating the province's technological prowess and commitment to cultural preservation.

For Shandong, the expo serves as a platform to promote its advanced manufacturing sector and strengthen international cooperation within the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) framework. The province is seeking to deepen collaboration with BRI countries and jointly pursue development opportunities.

In recent years, Shandong has made significant strides in enhancing its international logistics network, which have been instrumental in expanding the province's access to BRI markets and fostering cross-border trade and investment.
