On June 21, Yantai's Muping district held a high-quality development promotional conference in Beijing, themed "Fostering an Entrepreneurial Environment, Creating a Bright Future Together."

At the promotional conference, Muping officials introduced the district's talent policy, investment environment, and industrial systems.

Yin Xirui, the district's Party chief, attended and delivered a speech. Industrial experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and media reporters were invited to participate in the event.

In his speech, Yin outlined the overall landscape and promising prospects of Muping district's economic and social development. He stated that the district is benefiting multiple favorable development opportunities.

With a strong momentum to rejoin the top ranks of Yantai, Muping is striving to write its next grand chapter as a "charming coastal district, modern new Muping." Yin warmly welcomed high-level talents and outstanding entrepreneurs to innovate, start businesses, and invest in Muping.

Yin, along with guest representatives, inaugurated the establishment ceremony of the Muping Business Association in Beijing. The association embodies the hometown sentiments of Muping-born entrepreneurs in Beijing. It will focus on the development needs of Muping entrepreneurs and fully leverage the role of business associations and research institutes, inviting outstanding enterprises to visit Muping.

It aims at creating favorable conditions for Muping enterprises to explore new markets and enhance cooperation. Its ultimate goal is to establish a cooperation mechanism based on the principles of consultation, collaboration, and mutual benefits.

At the "Ambassadors for Investment and Talent Attraction" appointment ceremony, Yin awarded certificates to eight "ambassadors" who will represent Muping in promoting the district's investment environment and talent policies. 

At the centralized project signing ceremony, Muping inked agreements with two top 500 enterprises in China, one unicorn enterprise, and one outstanding private enterprise. The four cooperative projects cover various areas, including offshore wind power, cultural tourism, and commercial complexes, with a total investment of 6.28 billion yuan ($864.9 million).

The event also featured two sub-sessions – the "Hometown Talents" symposium and an investment promotion meeting, during which participants reached consensuses on talent attraction and cultivation, as well as project investment.
